"I know everybody here." says Alberto Garcia, who hails from Mexico City. He does, too. I was looking for the "romance district" , an artsy and fun part of Puerta Vallarta, and he pointed me in the right direction. He even gave me a free bottle of water for my trek. He waves to everyone all day, encouraging people to come in and see his shop.
